Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and work plans
• Cookordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Oversee contract administration, including RFPs, bid analysis, and change orders
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with local codes, building regulations, and safety standards
• Review construction documents and shop drawings for accuracy and feasibility
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and schedule adherence
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Maintain detailed documentation, including daily reports, meeting minutes, and close-out packages

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Proven experience managing commercial projects valued from $1M-$50M+
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents
• OSHA 30 certification required
• PMP or CCM certification is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Financial and contractual acumen
