Description Project Manager Location: Abbeville, LA Job Summary The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for client/customer communication and the on-time/on-delivery budget of their projects, as well as provide guidance to all supporting departments. Responsibilities And Duties Project planning: oversee projects throughout the project life cycle from estimating phase through closeout.Project reporting: create reports for internal and external stakeholders including financial reports, schedules, progress reports, HSE reports, etc.Establish and maintain relationships with clients; communicate changes as they arise.Provide clients and internal project disciplines (Quality, HSE, Operations, Accounting) with potential solutions when issues arise.Serve as liaison between client and internal disciplines. Provide drawings, specifications, work packs to fabrication shops and 3rd party suppliers.Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills.Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service support.Manage multiple jobs/clients simultaneously.Organize and maintain documentation via SharePoint.Prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.5–7 years of experience in a Construction Project Management role.Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments.
