Tracking construction contract design changes and updates
Tracking of project construction progress in addition to tracking job costs
Coinciding design changes within construction team
Aid in the preparation of change orders and maintenance of project change order log
Aid in the development and maintenance of project schedule
Aid in the development and maintenance of submittals log and RFI logs
Prepare project submittals and submit written RFIs to client

Ability to read/interpret/analyze construction schedules
Extensive document controls experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Working knowledge of job cost tracking
Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential
Familiarity with Access a plus
Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, make decisions, and contribute as needed
Excellent human relations skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
Excellent oral and written communication skills
