About the role
Responsible for overseeing project timelines and coordinating resources to ensure timely completion of projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project schedules using advanced scheduling software.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders including clients, team members, and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management or similar field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Project or Primavera P6.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or other similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
