Construction Project Administrator (Conesville, OH)
Reports to: Project Executive • Location: Conesville, Ohio
About the role
Superior is looking for a self-motivated and highly organized Construction Project Administrator to support our construction projects. This role is based on a jobsite in Conesville, Ohio and involves managing project files, supporting the onboarding of new hires, handling payment applications, and assisting with general administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Continuously collaborate with team members to help keep our jobsite moving forward
- Support with onboarding of new Field Operations team members
- Maintain time-keeping data-entry for Field Operations payroll
- Maintain project files and payment applications
- Prepare and track construction Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Manage contract documents
- Write reports and provide general administrative duties
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, payroll, or team operations support role
- High School diploma
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Bonus Points: Experience with Google Workspace
Pay
$27.00 - $31.00 per hour
