Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Keeps area neat and clean.
• Reads and uses a tape measure.
• Reads blueprints and orders materials.
• Communicates well with coworkers.
• Uses hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education.
• Up to one month related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired but not required.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand.
• Frequently required to walk.
• Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
• Occasionally lifting and/or moving more than 100 pounds.
• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
• Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
• Frequent use of specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
