Construction - Plumbing Inspector (I.C.S. or H.H.S.)
Job Details
The Township of East Brunswick is accepting applications for a part-time and full-time Plumbing Inspector within the division of Construction Inspection.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of duties to inspect building work on new and existing commercial, industrial and residential buildings and structures to enforce compliance with all building safety laws and codes.
Requirements
- Considerable knowledge of the N.S.P.C. Code along with all State and Local Regulations that may apply.
- Must have a knowledge of computers.
- Must be able to read, write, communicate and understand English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
Licenses & Certification
- Candidate must possess, at minimum, a Plumbing Inspector’s License, Industrial and Commercial Structures (I.C.S.) issued by the State of New Jersey.
