On-the-Job Training

Assist Commercial Plumbers with plumbing installations on new construction and renovation projects.
Load, unload, organize, and prepare materials, tools, and equipment for each jobsite.
Learn commercial plumbing systems, materials, tools, and installation techniques through on-the-job training.
Assist with installing piping, fixtures, valves, and other plumbing components.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
Learn to read blueprints and project specifications.
Support the team by completing assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
Follow written and verbal instructions from lead plumbers and leadership.
Communicate professionally with teammates, customers, contractors, and other trades on the jobsite.

• Assist Commercial Plumbers with plumbing installations on new construction and renovation projects.

Qualifications

• Plumbing or construction experience is a plus but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and work with tools and materials throughout the day.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Requirements

• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Must reside in Tennessee at the time of hire and maintain Tennessee residency throughout employment.
