We're investing in our team, tools and systems, and we're looking for experienced plumbers who want to grow with us.What You’ll DoInstall plumbing systems for new construction and build-outsPerform underground, rough-in, top-out, and trim plumbingRead and work from blueprints and construction plansInstall water lines, waste and vent piping, fixtures, water heaters, and gas pipingPrepare plumbing work for inspectionsWork alongside general contractors and other tradesHelp keep projects on schedule and completed to quality standardsTroubleshoot installation issues in the fieldMentor apprentices and less-experienced plumbers when neededMaintain a clean and safe job siteWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of plumbing experience, preferably in new constructionStrong rough-in and construction plumbing experienceAbility to read blueprints and work independentlyValid driver’s license with an acceptable driving recordReliable and committed to quality workmanshipAbility to communicate effectively with project teamsPreferredCommercial construction plumbing experienceJourneyman plumbing licenseExperience leading crews or mentoring apprenticesOhio Master or Journeyman plumbing credentialsWhy Howerton?Howerton Plumbing, Heating & Cooling has served the Dayton area for decades and is continuing to grow.Our construction division has a strong pipeline of work with established general contractors, and we’re investing in our people, tools, and systems.
