Job Duties

  • Serves as the assistant to the Superintendent.
  • Identifies, addresses, and corrects jobsite problems.
  • Backs up superintendent in areas of documentation, such as reports, inspections logs, time sheets, and drawings.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2 years supervisory experience in a commercial or industrial construction environment.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of form carpentry, concrete finishing and/or mobile equipment operations in industrial construction.
  • Able to coach, lead and direct construction crew.
  • Able to read, interpret and execute construction drawings, specifications and workplans.
  • Eligible for Transportation Worker Industry Card (TWIC) from the Department of Homeland Security.
  • OSHA 10-hr.
  • Flexible and able to travel (up to 100%).
  • Comfortable navigating web-based apps.
  • Procore experience a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Demands

  • Required to lift, bend, climb, stoop, and work around moving machinery, dust, and fumes.
  • Required to work inclement weather conditions.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 90 lbs.
