We are a team of experienced cleaning providers specializing in janitorial services, Building Maintenance Services, and other commercial cleaning services in San Antonio. Most of all we are all like family. In fact we are family owned for 31 years!

Requirements

• Experience in commercial cleaning services.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Pay

We provide pricing based on the amount of hours it will take to clean and the price for all cleaning supplies rather than per sq footage. This is very important and generally will cost more if determined by sq footage.

Schedule

We can adapt easily to flexible schedules. Many of our other clients have us come once every other week, and some we visit once a month.
