About the role
Construction Observers are needed in Central and Western New York State. Senior W/WW Engineers/Project Managers are also required in Rochester, NY.
Responsibilities
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to construction projects.
- Ensure adherence to environmental standards and best practices during construction.
- Communicate effectively with contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies to resolve issues and maintain project timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in construction observation or engineering.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
- Experience with project management tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
- Understanding of construction materials and techniques.

Pay
