About the role
The role involves observing construction activities to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor construction sites to ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Document observations and report findings to supervisors.
- Interact with contractors and other stakeholders to address issues and concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction inspection or similar field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of surveying techniques and equipment.
