K. Hovnanian’s Baltic at Asbury Urban Renewal, LLC and K. Hovnanian’s Aegean at Asbury Urban Renewal, LLC are constructing two condominium buildings in the City of Asbury Park. These developments will each have 17 and 27 units respectively.
