Construction Mechanic - Heavy Equipment - Full-Time Traveling

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy equipment.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems, as well as undercarriages.
- Fabricate and weld parts, components, and attachments as needed.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records.
- Cookordination with field crews and supervisors to prioritize equipment repairs and minimize downtime.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience repairing and maintaining heavy construction equipment.
- Class B CDL for driving company service truck.
- Proficient in welding and fabricating techniques.
- Ability to work independently, outdoors, and lift heavy parts or tools.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and punctual.
Pay & Benefits
- $40-60+ per hour depending on experience – some project locations require you to join the local Operators' Union.
- Per diem including housing when traveling.
