Construction Materials Testing Team Leader

About the role

The Construction Materials Testing Team Leader oversees all team operations for the West Central Construction Materials Testing (CMT) team, based out of Denver and Tempe, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Owns and drives the team’s staff management, financial performance, project quality, and high-level client service.
• Establishes goals and objectives for the team, focuses on employee development and mentoring.
• Oversees client service management and winning work with repeat clients.
• Directs a team of high-performing individuals and provides purposeful, high-quality solutions to solve engineering and design needs.
• Directs travel between the two offices as needed.

• Possesses strong communication, leadership, and management skills.
• Has a proven track record in meeting and exceeding client expectations.
• Has successful experience in building and maintaining strong workloads.
• Has the ability to attract, develop, and retain talented staff who deliver results.
• Has a detailed understanding of how the firm operates as a consulting business, along with recognizing the significance of the role as a leader, committed to driving the organization towards success.
• Has a valid driver’s license and a good driving history, along with a willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as required.

Colorado Pay Range

$159,000 - $228,000 USD
