About the role
The Construction Materials Testing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the testing and quality control of construction materials in the Frederick, MD area.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the testing and quality control of construction materials
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs
- Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Prepare and present reports on material testing results
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction materials testing or project management
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
