About You
- An associate degree in Construction Management or a related field with relevant experience
- 10 to 15 years of experience in construction management
- Experience in construction and inspection on a wide variety of commercial and municipal projects preferred
- Licenses, registrations, or certifications are a plus; willingness to participate in certification and training courses post-hire as required by OSHA or client-specific standards

About The Role
- Manage contract administration including budget, risk management, change processes (change orders and contract modifications), quality assurance, scope, schedule monitoring, payment requisitions, submittal and RFI processes, and prepare project closeout documents
- Keep all stakeholders informed throughout the entire project lifecycle, reporting work progress and budget matters to clients
- Perform risk mitigation activities and ensure adherence to site safety plans
- Facilitate and lead project meetings, documenting outcomes for the project team
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contracted personnel
- Respond proactively to work delays, emergencies, and other issues
- Review contractors’ schedules and provide constructive feedback
- Coordinate, implement, and manage project documentation and procedures in the project administration database
- Review and respond to minor submittals and RFIs, involving subject matter experts when necessary
- Understand project site logistics, specifications, geotechnical reports, drawings, environmental studies, erosion and sedimentation control plans, building codes, and licensing requirements
- Manage the construction field office, assign tasks to direct reports, including administration operations and resident project representatives
- Oversee site representatives monitoring quality and conduct quality assurance inspections
- Coordinate commissioning requirements
