We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Reconstruction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial rebuild projects from planning through completion. This is a high-impact leadership role for a hands-on construction professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes ownership of results. Key Responsibilities Manage construction and reconstruction projects from pre-construction through final closeoutOversee daily jobsite operations, crews, subcontractors, and vendorsDevelop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgetsControl costs, approve change orders, and track project profitabilityEnsure compliance with OSHA safety standards, building codes, and quality standardsServe as primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, and internal teamsLead jobsite meetings, inspections, and progress reportingProactively resolve field issues to keep projects on scheduleCoordinate materials, equipment, and labor for restoration and rebuild projectsProvide documentation as needed for insurance claims, notes in CRM, photos, etc. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in construction management, reconstruction, or project supervisionExperience in insurance restoration, disaster recovery, or commercial/residential construction preferredStrong leadership and subcontractor management skillsAbility to work in a team setting and coordinate between membersAbility to read blueprints, scopes of work, and construction specificationsWorking knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practicesExperience managing multiple trades and fast-moving timelinesBachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferredOSHA 30, PMP, or CCM certification a plus Why Join ServiceMaster Restore?
