Construction Manager/Project Manager (Full-Time)

MBP is looking for a Construction Manager/Project Manager to join our team in the Greater Philadelphia metropolitan area. We seek candidates with 7 to 10 years of combined education and experience who bring progressive career development and demonstrated knowledge of the design and construction process. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project delivery team to proactively identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies
• Review project schedules to verify they are complete, feasible, and reasonable; track progress against the accepted schedule
• Lead and/or participate in progress meetings; prepare or review meeting minutes to verify completeness and accuracy
• Provide quality management, including participation in preparatory/pre-installation meetings, and perform or oversee QA/QC inspections to verify work complies with contract requirements
• Document and track issues through resolution by collaborating with contractors, designers, and owners
• Review change order proposals for entitlement and price; lead or assist in negotiations
• Coordinate reviews and testing with commissioning authorities and authorities having jurisdiction
• Coordinate reviews or installations by third-party specialty stakeholders, consultants, or installers for electronic security, doors/hardware, IT/AV systems, and manufacturing/process systems and equipment
