Construction Manager for K-12

Responsibilities

• Support construction management activities on K-12 school projects in San Diego County
• Cook with project teams, school districts, and contractors
• Aid in schedule, budget, and quality oversight throughout project delivery
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and meeting coordination
• Maintain alignment with DSA and district requirements

What We're Looking For

• 0-2 years of construction management experience
• Interest or background in public K-12 school construction
• Familiarity with California DSA processes (a plus)
• Willingness to commit 10-20 hrs/week with potential to transition to a full-time role
