Construction Manager - Electric Utilities

About the role
We have a current need for a seasonal Construction Manager based in the Hays, KS area.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor construction activities
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate with contractors, utilities, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Provide technical guidance and leadership
- Support project documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Effective communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Knowledge/experience in electric transmission and distribution and/or substations
- Ability to read and redline drawing packages including civil, structural, process, and electrical
- Strong project management and field oversight skills

Pay
This position pays between $40.00 and $55.00 hourly and is a non-exempt position.
