About the role

We are seeking a Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, design, and execution.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in construction management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.

Pay
