You will oversee each phase of construction, maintain a clean and safe job site, conduct homeowner orientations, and manage inventory homes throughout the process.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in residential construction management
- Strong, on-site project management skills
- History of driving production through managing multi-trade projects on schedule
