Responsibilities
- Lead and support one or more teams/foreman.
- Provide input on, understand, and communicate the overall assembly/disassembly scope, plans and specifications to teams to ensure their success.
- Demonstrate and expect first-time excellence on all jobs performed.
- Provide instruction and skill development for team members to ensure work is performed, and the company is represented with trust and integrity.
Qualifications
- Experience supervising heavy lift crane operations, including assembly/disassembly and walking cranes is required.
- Experience with crane schematics, assembly/disassembly, hydraulics, and operation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to travel 75%+ This is a travel position and requires relocation to project site.
