What's the Job?
Serve as a strategic program coordinator, ensuring construction project initiatives, tasks, and action items stay on track across multiple metropolitan markets. Coordinate closely with project teams to drive accountability, maintain continuity between meetings, and proactively follow up on deliverables, risks, and dependencies. Partner with Senior Construction Operations Program Managers to consolidate updates, track progress, facilitate cross-functional communication, and escalate critical issues as needed. Manage project governance activities, meeting cadence, documentation, and status reporting to ensure alignment, visibility, and execution across concurrent programs and stakeholders. Support the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects by working closely with local teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize project outcomes.
What's Needed?
- 10+ years of enterprise program management, PMO leadership, and business operations experience supporting complex organizational change and large-scale project delivery
- Proven ability to create structure in ambiguous environments, build governance frameworks, and manage risks and dependencies effectively
- Strong knowledge of design and construction processes, quality control, scheduling, and cost management
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders

Pay
$85 - 87/hr.
