Construction Management Training Program
About the role
Baker Roofing is seeking eager-to-learn individuals to complete our Construction Management Training Program. This program provides hands-on experience in the roofing industry through field training, technical instruction, and management shadowing. Participants will progress along a career path toward roles such as Project Manager, Estimator, Superintendent, or similar positions.
Responsibilities
- Perform general physical activities in construction environments including working at heights, climbing ladders, and working on commercial and residential roofs
- Organize, plan, and execute work assignments
- Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and complete work assignments with strong attention to detail
- Identify, analyze, and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Communicate information effectively through oral and written methods
- Apply logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
- Observe performance of the team and organization – including yourself – and implement improvements or corrective actions as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional full-time work experience
- Fluent in English
- Driver’s License: Required
- Must be a commutable distance to the headquarters in Cary, NCAvailable: Must be available to work on-site Monday through Friday for a standard 40-hour work week

- Education: High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
