A construction management firm that assists federal agencies with the design and construction of real‑estate projects is seeking a Construction Management Representative for a historically significant project in Philadelphia.

Responsibilities

• Provide on‑site construction management services on federal projects.
• Serve as the on‑site owner’s representative for projects involving the renovation of occupied buildings.
• Develop and track project budgets and schedules.
• Evaluate change‑order proposals and document associated negotiations.
• Work on projects for the National Park Service.

Qualifications

• Experience renovating a National Historic Landmark.
• Demonstrated on‑site construction management experience on federal projects.
• Experience serving as an owner’s representative for occupied‑building renovations.
• Familiarity with computer programs, including estimating, scheduling, and project‑management software.
