Internship Overview
We believe the best way to start your career is by doing work you actually care about. In our internship program, you take the driver’s seat. We tailor your day-to-day projects around your specific career interests and goals, not just a checklist of corporate chores. As a leading electrical contractor, we’ll give you an insider’s look into the industry through real-world experience on active projects. You’ll get to see how different teams collaborate to bring complex projects to life, build practical and professional skills, and learn directly from industry pros in the field and office.
Role Overview
As a Construction Management intern, you’ll be a true extension of our project teams, getting hands-on exposure across the entire lifecycle of a project, from early preconstruction and estimating all the way to active job sites. Because our program is tailored to your goals, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the areas of construction that excite you most. Whether you want to dive deep into bid strategies, learn how to manage subcontractors, or participate in safety and site inspections, you’ll work alongside experienced project managers and estimators on projects that make a real impact.
