Construction Management Coach

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Management Coach to work with clients looking to break into or grow within construction management roles.

Responsibilities

• Teach core construction management, construction planning, and construction scheduling skills
• Help clients build strong budgeting and cost control practices
• Guide clients on contract negotiation, permit management, safety regulations, site management, vendor management, and sustainability in construction
• Offer resume review, LinkedIn review, and cover letter guidance
• Provide interview prep, networking strategy, and salary negotiation
• Support skill building and freelancing opportunities for those pursuing them

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in construction management (as a project manager, site manager, or industry professional)
• A strong track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
• A clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth

Qualifications

• Experience in AI and its impact on construction management is a plus
• Ability to work independently and set one's own hours and rates
• Proficiency in virtual session hosting
