Responsibilities
- Perform facility renovations and remodeling projects at dealership locations
- Complete maintenance and repair work as needed
- Auxiliary in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, flooring, and general construction tasks
- Respond to maintenance service calls at various facilities
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Travel between dealership locations as required
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial and residential construction required
- Working knowledge of carpentry, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel between multiple dealership locations
