About the Role

As a Construction Loan Process Administrator, you will process construction loan draw requests, update and distribute reports, and provide construction loan policy updates. You will approve pre-construction worksheets, provide subdivision lot pay-off terms, and assist lenders with construction training. Additionally, you will coordinate between lenders, the credit department, the loan services department, and managers.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred but not required
• Relevant banking experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous construction loan administration experience preferred

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to assess situations to determine the best course of action for completing quality control processes
• Interpersonal skills to build relationships and communicate with internal customers and other bank resources
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines with urgency and accuracy
