CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

About the role
The Indianapolis, Indiana office is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate. The firm supports attorneys with structured training and mentorship, clear paths to advancement, and exposure to varied and sophisticated matters.
Responsibilities
- Handle written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings, and substantive motions
- Participate in mediations, court appearances, and assist at trials and arbitrations
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
Requirements
- 5–7 years of construction or commercial litigation experience
- Familiarity with the construction industry preferred
- Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills
- Indiana licensure, or ability to timely obtain licensure

Pay
The salary range for this role is $195,000 to $210,000. Associates are also eligible for quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level, as well as an annual subjective bonus.
Schedule
Hybrid work environment (three days in-office) with a “dress for your day” policy.
