Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in general civil litigation matters
- Support construction and commercial litigation disputes
- Draft pleadings, motions and legal memoranda
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Aid with discovery, depositions and trial preparation
- Support case strategy and client communications
Who You Are
- 5–7 years of civil litigation experience
- Experience in construction and/or commercial litigation preferred
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Team player with a proactive mindset
- Admitted to the Florida Bar
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $160,000 – $170,000 (DOE)
