Construction Laborers - Farmington and St. Genevieve, MO

About the role

We are looking to add Laborers for our upcoming development in the Farmington and St. Genevieve, MO areas.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning up rubble, debris, and removing waste materials from job sites.
• Loading/unloading trucks and hauling/hoisting materials.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure job site by picking up tools and equipment and securing job sites at the end of each day to eliminate potential hazards.
• Assisting Superintendents as needed to ensure all homes under construction or in the warranty phase meet McBride's high-quality standards and levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Vocational school or trade experience a plus
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
• 1–5 years of experience working on a job site
• Experience with various construction tasks and assisting with final punch list completion preferred
• Ability to lift items 50–100 lbs. on a regular basis
• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

$16.00 – $20.00/hr. depending on experience
