Core Responsibilities
- Assist with framing, siding, roofing, and general construction tasks
- Carry materials, set up tools, and keep the job site organized
- Follow instructions from the Foreman and Skilled Carpenters
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Support the crew to keep production moving
- Learn construction skills through hands-on work
Skill & Experience Level
- Entry-level position; no prior construction experience required, but must have a basic understanding of common hand tools and how to use them safely
- Basic ability to use hand tools (hammer, tape measure, saw) is required
- Must be physically capable of lifting, carrying, and working outdoors in all conditions
- Willingness to learn construction skills quickly
- Must be fit and able to work in rafters, on roofs, and on scaffolding
