About the role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to lead our team in the execution of essential infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a proven track record in managing complex construction projects, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project planning, design, and construction
• Manage project budgets and schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and subcontractors
• Coordinate project teams and resources
• Prepare and present project reports and progress updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management
• Knowledge of construction contracts, bidding processes, and contract administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera or MS Project
• Experience with construction quality assurance and inspection
