Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Construction Laborer and Driver to support our construction team. This role combines driving, material handling, and hands-on job-site labor. It's well-suited for someone who takes pride in their work, values reliability, and enjoys contributing to the building of custom homes.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload building materials safely and efficiently
• Assist carpenters and crew with general construction labor
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Support daily site setup, breakdown, and material organization
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Represent the company professionally while on job sites and operating company vehicles

Qualifications

• Professional, reliable, and safety-minded
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Reliable personal transportation to and from work
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in and around clients' homes
• Ability to provide verifiable work history and references
• Must be able to pass a driving record review
• Construction or job-site experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to follow company policies and safety procedures

Schedule

Full-time position, 40 hours per week. Daytime hours, Monday through Friday (overtime as needed).

Pay

Competitive hourly pay based on experience ($20-$25/hour).
