About the role
- No pool construction experience is required, but a strong work ethic, reliable transportation, and a willingness to learn are essential.
- This is a Full-Time Position.
- The starting hourly wage is $18–$20.
- You will work 40+ hours per week and have opportunities for overtime.
- Work on custom residential and commercial pool projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist with pool construction tasks under supervision.
- Help with site preparation and cleanup.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- Participate in training sessions as needed.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
- Good communication skills.
- Driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Qualifications
- Construction experience is preferred, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills
