Responsibilities

• Assist in coordination of on-site construction projects and engineering activities
• Work with experienced team members including Superintendents, Project Managers, Estimators, Schedulers and others
• Complete documentation in support of subcontractor planning and administration to ensure quality of construction in support of overall project schedules
• Understand and interpret designs, drawings, specifications, submittals, and other construction documents

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
• Be passionate about construction, engineering, or related fields
• Have ability to travel
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Be eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a dynamic team environment
• Ideally, you'll also have previous internship, construction, or military experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience through projects, competitions, student organizations or volunteer work
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced dynamic environments
