Responsibilities
- Contribute: Assist in coordination of on-site construction projects and engineering activities
- Collaborate: Work with experienced team members including Superintendents, Project Managers, Estimators, Schedulers and others
- Support: Complete documentation in support of subcontractor planning and administration to ensure quality of construction in support of overall project schedules
- Interpret: Understand and interpret designs, drawings, specifications, submittals, and other construction documents
To Qualify
- Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
- Be passionate about construction, engineering, or related fields
- Have ability to travel
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Be eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a dynamic team environment
- Ideally, you’ll also have Previous internship, construction, or military experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience through projects, competitions, student organizations or volunteer work
- Able to thrive in fast-paced dynamic environments
