About the role

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is excited to hire a Construction/Installation Manager in Portland, Oregon. This role involves leading a team of residential remodelers, driving a safety-minded culture, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through quality installations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all production operations, including installation methods, plumbing processes, vehicle maintenance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle and review installation situations with clients before, during, and after installation.
  • Manage and monitor a team of installation crews responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing bath and shower systems.
  • Conduct site visits, including meeting with customers to review their experience.
  • Oversee installation revenue and report success to leadership.
  • Provide leadership and training to accomplish company goals and objectives.
  • Drive a safety-minded culture and ensure a safe work environment.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project invoicing and payment collection.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of progressive installation experience (residential or home improvement construction preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead installers and manage a team (5+ installation crews).
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate staff and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and clients.
  • Strong understanding of materials, supply chain, and product flow.
  • Dependable with thorough follow-up and responsiveness.
  • Customer-centric approach.
