Construction Inspector

LaBella Associates is seeking experienced Construction Inspectors to join our growing team in Attica, NY. Responsibilities

• Perform construction observation and documentation on specific project site locations
• Travel to field locations on a regular basis
• Interpret construction documents
• Prepare field reports and record documents

Requirements

• Prior relevant work experience and knowledge of roads, stormwater utilities, water and sanitary sewer line installations, and storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) inspections
• Minimum of 3-5 years of Construction Inspection experience, or a 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture with 1-3 years of Construction Inspection experience
• Knowledge of erosion and sediment control installation and maintenance
• OSHA 10-hour certification (preferred)
• Microsoft Office experience (a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Additional certification requirements may be necessary

Pay

Salary Range: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour. The specific salary offered may be influenced by factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
