About the role
With experience in Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, or other building systems, this individual will assist the Jacobs and client Project Manager in matters related to Inspections and Quality Assurance on one or more construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Field inspection of historical renovations and systemic upgrades in occupied facilities
- Providing guidance on constructability and phasing of the work
- Scheduling, coordinating, performing specialized field inspections
- Inspecting work at the site(s) for contract and code compliance
- Utilizing PMIS tools (i.e., e-Builder) for daily reports and progress photo documentation
- Recommending approvals or rejections of materials and workmanship as appropriate
- Monitoring labor and safety requirements
- Completing written inspection reports, records of defects, and omissions; and similar activities
Qualifications
- Associates in construction related field, trade school, or equivalent certification. Waived for 10 years in similar inspection role
- 10 years of construction inspection experience
- US Citizenship

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 to $115,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
