Hackettstown, NJ, US French & Parrello Associates (FPA) is seeking a Construction Inspector to join our Construction Engineering Department in Hackettstown, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional to support land development and municipal infrastructure projects by monitoring field activities, documenting progress, and helping ensure work is completed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, permits, and applicable standards. This individual will help maintain project quality and accountability through accurate observations, thorough documentation, and timely communication.
FPA’s Construction Engineering Department supports land development and municipal infrastructure projects throughout New Jersey, providing inspection services for site development, roadway, utility, and stormwater infrastructure improvements. The Construction Inspector will observe contractor activities, verify compliance with project requirements, document progress and installed quantities, and support the resolution of field issues while collaborating with FPA’s multidisciplinary engineering teams. The role offers exposure to a diverse range of projects throughout New Jersey.
