Construction Inspector

Role & Responsibilities

• Inspect and interpret project specifications and working drawings on-site.
• Record and document field data, generate comprehensive reports.
• Collaborate with project staff on design changes and solutions.
• Communicate effectively with all project entities to ensure seamless coordination.
• Monitor and verify installed construction quantities to approve payment requests.
• Adhere to strict health and safety procedures on all job sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prioritize safety and adhere to strict health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions and safely traverse construction sites.
