About the role

We are a 100% employee owned, open-shop employer. Our team members are hired for a specific role but may be asked to assist or assume other responsibilities as needed. Team members are assigned to projects and/or departments. When an assignment ends, and/or as needs dictate, team members may be offered other work opportunities. Employment is considered at the will of both parties and continued employment depends on many factors such as the team member’s competencies and how they align with our work opportunities. Other considerations entail, the team member’s work performance, ability to travel, and flexibility with the work schedule.
