Construction General Labor

Key Responsibilities

• Aid skilled tradespeople with day-to-day tasks on active construction sites.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from work areas.
• Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe, organized job site at all times.
• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision (drills, saws, vacuums, etc.).
• Erect and dismantle dust protection, barricades, and temporary structures.
• Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor or project managers.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Capability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 80 lbs. regularly.
• Reliable transportation to Milwaukee-area job sites.
• Valid driver’s license required with a clean driving record.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and take direction from supervisors.
• Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious attitude.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction or a labor-intensive trade (not required — we will train the right candidate).
• OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
