Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough on-site evaluations to assess foundation damage
• Develop custom foundation repair plans based on evaluation results
• Implement concrete lifting and other repair services as needed
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance recommendations

Requirements

• Experience in foundation repair and stabilization
• Knowledge of soil conditions and their impact on foundations
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and contractors
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
• Professional certifications in foundation repair and stabilization
• At least 5 years of relevant experience

Skills

• Proficient in using construction equipment and tools
• Skilled in reading blueprints and architectural drawings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
