Construction Foreman

Responsibilities

• Direct Crew Operations: Supervise and coordinate daily activities for 5–10 construction workers.
• Enforce Safety Protocols: Ensure all crew members strictly follow OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Manage Project Timelines: Monitor daily progress to ensure project milestones are met on time.
• Allocate Site Resources: Assign tasks, manage tools, and oversee materials to minimize waste.
• Conduct Quality Control: Inspect completed work to maintain high craftsmanship and accuracy to blueprints.
• Report Daily Progress: Schedule shifts and provide updates to the Project Manager.
• Resolve On-Site Issues: Troubleshoot construction conflicts, material delays, and worker disputes quickly.
